The ideal candidate is a leader who balances high-level operational excellence with a creative entrepreneurial spirit, ensuring that the wellness department remains a key pillar of the guest experience and a driver of profitability. /p ul liStrategic Leadership: Define and evolve the wellness vision for the property, ensuring all services and programs align with Belmond’s ultra-luxury standards and Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) protocols. /li liOperational Excellence: Oversee the efficient running and profitability of the wellness facilities. This includes budget management, KPI monitoring, and implementing strategies to maximize treatment and retail revenue. /li liConcept Development: Curate a unique wellness menu that honors the estate’s landscape incorporating local ingredients, Etruscan inspired rituals, and outdoor wellness activities (e.g., yoga in the vineyards). /li liQuality Control: Ensure the highest standards of facial and body treatments. While the role is strategic,



the Director must ensure the team provides expert skincare advice and flawless service delivery. /li liTeam Empowerment: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team.
