This is a standalone role where you’ll work closely with leadership, support important organizational changes, and become a trusted partner for employees. /p h3Job description /h3 pWe’re looking for someone resilient, proactive, and confident enough to challenge the status quo while bringing people along the journey. /p h3As an HR Manager you will: /h3 ul liBe the only HR representative in the ESET Italy office, independently managing all HR areas and serving as the primary point of contact for employees and managers. /li liYou will manage HR operations and administration, including payroll coordination, contract management, Workday data accuracy, reporting, and budget planning related to headcount, benefits, and promotions. You will also support recruitment activities and hiring needs as they arise. /li liLocal leadership and employees will rely on your expertise and advice. You will support and coach themto effectively handle workforce issues, ensuring they are equipped with the right tools, guidance, and knowledge. /li liDesign and execute local HR strategiesacross core areas including recruitment, employer branding, employee relations and engagement, performance, compensation, benefits, and learning development.



/li liCollaborate with global HR teamson implementing global strategies, policies and activities while making sure they all align with local labour law. /li liFull employee lifecycle will be in your hands from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, development, and offboarding, ensuring compliance with Italian labor laws. /li liYou will drive internal communication, organize or support local team activities and support global CSR efforts to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. /li /ul h3Ideal candidate has: /h3 ul liAt least 6 years of experience on similar position /li liGood knowledge of current labor legislation, practices and policies with focus on CCNL /li liExperience with employee lifecycle as a whole and all HR areas (hiring plan, budgeting, recruitment, LD, CB) /li liExperience in managing complex employee issues and making quick but rational decisions /li liEnglish at C1 and native Italian /li liExcellent interpersonal skills and a positive, approachable manner, with the ability to form effective working relationships with people at all levels /li liAble to work well under pressure with competing priorities /li liStrong stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills /li /ul h3Compensation package: /h3 pAnnual gross salary (RAL) from 46,000 EUR + variable performance premio /p h3Primary location /h3 pMilan /p h3Additional locations /h3 h3Time type /h3 pFull time /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
