This is your chance to work in a truly international environment, fully integrated with our UK HQ, while enjoying benefits that set a new standard for the Italian market. /p h3THE ROLE /h3 pYou will be the electrical lead of our projects in Italy as well as key member on other international projects, working closely with all the other disciplines (Architecture, Structures, Civils and Sustainability) and clients to deliver innovative designs. /p ul liLead electrical technical design for all project stages (From Concept to Construction) including carrying out calculations, concept development, Project coordination, HS and Risk management and project delivery. /li liSupervise and coordinate teams of engineers and technicians, assigning tasks, providing technical guidance, and ensuring team cohesion toward project goals. /li liIdentify and specify appropriate electrical equipment and components to meet project objectives, considering energy efficiency, reliability, redundancy, and system compatibility. /li liEnsure full compliance with Italian regulations. /li liProduce and sign off official submissions to local authorities. /li liManage project coordination, QA/QC procedures, and risk management. /li liMentor junior engineers and liaise with senior management on project escalations. /li /ul h3WHAT WE NEED /h3 ul libDegree in Electrical, /b Industrial,
