The successful candidate will support Agile delivery across software engineering and networking teams while also leading project management activities and contributing to supplier management processes. /p pThe role requires a strong combination of Agile leadership and project management expertise to ensure successful delivery of GNE initiatives. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ulliAct as Scrum Master for Agile teams /liliFacilitate all Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint DEMOs, Sprint Retrospectives and Backlog Refinement sessions /liliFoster Agile best practices and continuous improvement within the teams. /liliRemove impediments and support teams in achieving sprint commitments. /liliTrack and communicate Agile metrics, team velocity, delivery progress, and risks. /liliPromote collaboration between engineering teams and stakeholders. /li /ul h3Scrum of Scrums Coordination /h3 ulliRepresent assigned teams in the GNE Scrum of Scrums. /liliCoordinate dependencies and cross-team activities within the GNE organization. /liliEscalate blockers and risks impacting multiple teams. /liliContribute to alignment of priorities, roadmaps, and delivery objectives across GNE. /li /ul h3Project Management Activities /h3 ulliManage engineering and infrastructure projects from initiation to closure. /liliDefine project scope, schedules,



milestones, budgets, and resource plans. /liliTrack project progress and ensure adherence to agreed timelines and objectives. /liliManage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies. /liliPrepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders. /liliCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. /liliSupport portfolio planning and prioritization activities within GNE. /liliMonitor supplier deliverables, schedules, and performance indicators. /liliSupport contract execution and compliance activities in collaboration with procurement and legal functions. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field. /liliProven experience as Scrum Master and/or Agile Project Manager in technical environments. /liliExperience working with Software Engineering and Network Engineering teams. /liliSolid understanding of Agile scaled frameworks (Scrum, Kanban). /liliExperience in project planning, execution, risk management, and reporting. /liliStrong stakeholder management and communication skills. /liliExcellent facilitation, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. /liliFluent Italian and English, both written and spoken. /liliFamiliarity with Jira, Confluence or equivalent Agile tools. /liliExperience working in international and multicultural organizations. /li /ul pEutelsat treats the protection of personal data submitted to it seriously.
