Overall, we are spread in 40+ countries and we manage a lot of own properties (ocean vessels, river boats, yachts in Galapagos, camps in Africa …) /p pIn the last 4 years we developed ore own information system (OneIS) that collects and manage any past, present and future bookings. OneIS integrates all a full CRM with all customers, travel advisors, agencies and consortia, MICE customers and more. /p pWe do have solid Business Intelligence systems but we want to improve the quality and usability of our data. /p pFor this purpose, we are looking for a bBusiness Performance Monitoring BI Specialist /b to design, implement, and maintain business performance monitoring systems that support strategic and operational decision-making across the organization based on actual datawarehouse and BI systems. /p pThe role combines business understanding, data analysis, and technical expertise to deliver reliable KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting solutions. /p pThe ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT/ BI and data teams, collecting and harmonizing requirements and driving the technical team to implement them in easy to use systems.



/p pbResponsibilities and accountability /b /p ul liDesign and implement business performance monitoring frameworks and KPI models. /li liGather and translate business requirements into reporting and analytics solutions. /li liDevelop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting tools. /li liEnsure data consistency, quality, and governance across reporting environments. /li liAnalyze business performance trends and provide actionable insights to management. /li liCollaborate with business functions (Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, etc.) to define and monitor critical metrics. /li liSupport automation and optimization of reporting processes. /li liWork closely with IT and data engineering teams on data integration and system enhancements. /li liMonitor performance of BI solutions and continuously improve usability and effectiveness. /li liContribute to the evolution of the company’s data-driven culture. /li /ul pbSkills and abilities /b /p ul liBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related fields. /li liProven experience in Business Intelligence, Performance Management, or Data Analytics roles. /li liStrong knowledge of KPI design and performance measurement methodologies. /li liExperience with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar.
