The role requires full accountability for transaction delivery, senior client relationship management, and the strategic positioning of SG CIB in competitive advisory situations, in Italy and on cross-border transactions. The Director will advise corporates and private equity sponsors on strategic opportunities and will play a visible role in franchise development. /p pbTasks and responsibilities: /b /p ul lipOriginate and execute MA and Private Equity-related transactions, across buy side and sell side mandates /p /li lipAdvise clients on strategic transactions, investments, and divestments /p /li lipLead marketing activities, pitches, and client engagement /p /li lipManage transaction execution, including due diligence, financial analysis, valuation, and negotiation /p /li lipCoordinate internal teams and supervise junior bankers /p /li lipActively integrate ESG considerations into origination strategy and client advisory /p /li liEnsure full compliance with regulatory, risk, and conduct standards /li /ul h3bProfile required /b /h3 pbStudies experience: /b /p ul lipDegree from a leading Business School or University /p /li lipDemonstrated track record in originating and executing MA transactions involving corporates and private equity sponsors /p /li lipStrong expertise in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking products /p /li /ul pbLanguage skills: /b /p ul lipItalian: C2 /p /li lipEnglish: C1 /p /li /ul pbTechnical, operational Soft skills:
