- Mid **Junior Logistics Coordinator (f/m/d)**:
To support our Styling team we are searching for a Junior Logistics Coordinator (f/m/d) to be based in our Milan office. **WHAT YOU WILL DO**: - Understand and be a source of knowledge regarding the logistic cycle and its processes, for all categories (WW; MW; KW and LIFE;), and its connection with the photo production process
- Ensure the data regarding all the goods within the photo studio is organized and updated at all times
- Maintain communication with the other logistic centers to ensure organization and alignment at all times
- Support throughout all stages of the sample shootings: unpacking; organizing; categorizing; repacking and others
- Be able to communicate with delivery companies and couriers regarding any possible scenario related with the goods
- Proactively think of ways to improve efficiency and support its implementation as well as ensure and advocate for our product to be handled with care and responsibility at all times
- Be present and support with the annual inventory
- If needed, support with the daily unpacking, organizing and repacking of the goods as well as the scanning and booking of the goods on the internal managing system **WHO YOU ARE**: - Logistics experience
- Experience working with delivery companies and couriers
- Advanced knowledge of English, oral and written is required




- Advanced knowledge Microsoft Office and Google Sheets is required
- Care and responsibility when handling luxury goods
- Extremely organized, proactive and reliable
