We're looking for a seasoned and passionate Product Manager, with SAP experience, to join our expanding team. You will join our goal of increasing customer impact and adoption of our growing Product Stewardship portfolio. You will work with our customers, external partners, and internal teams, ensuring our products evolve with market needs and 3E's strategic goals. Therefore, this role requires collaboration and influence skills across many personas. You will work with a strong, supportive team in which you will play a core role in creating a productive, psychologically safe environment that accelerates each team member's impact, and therefore overall customer impact. Location: This role can be based in Germany or Bulgaria **What You'll Do**: - Act as the voice of the customer within the company, providing essential business perspectives to all teams
- Lead the discovery >> execution >> GTM flow for your products
- Work with Product peers and the UX team to determine which problems are worth solving, and in which priority, using qualitative and quantitative discovery methods




- Craft execution approach (MVP, sequencing, EPICs/user stories with the team), utilizing Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Work with the Go-To-Market team to ensure Commercial and Customer Success teams are enabled, and customer messaging is clear and compelling
- Grow existing integration partnerships, and explore where our products could integrate next **What Makes You a Great Fit**: - Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field required
- At least 4 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, with a proven track record in managing products through their lifecycle.
- Experience with SAP product development is required. SAP Product Compliance or EHS, is desirable.
- Ability to ensure all teams deeply understand and can speak to the "why" driving all product change
- You actively contribute to the growth of team best practices, and team health
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
