**Work Schedule** Standard (Mon-Fri) **Environmental Conditions** Office The position will support Quality team through process assistance and required control with the aim to build a robust framework that supports an effective approach on projects and infra-department activities Quality & project assistant is the point of reference for supporting Initiatives/Projects/Best practice or coordination of regulatory audits.
- Ensure support to the Site Quality Director for trips and for the creation of note, reports, Quality meeting and reports.
- Support functions on projects/initiatives in terms of Tracking/CAR/Orders
- Support Quality for RDI/RDA in case of absence of designated function
- Create positive relationship with the quality functions and SLT members, with attention to the customers and external auditors
- support and coordinate meetings facilitating reporting and communication **Requirements**:
proficient Italian & English IT skills (office soft.) Availability and positive approach
