This role involves optimizing SAP S/4HANA configurations to streamline our manufacturing operations, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. **Responsibilities**: - SAP S/4HANA Expertise: Lead the configuration, optimization, and support of SAP S/4HANA in all major manufacturing modules (PP, MM, PM, QM).
- Manufacturing Process Support: Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring alignment with SAP system capabilities.
- Project Contributor: Act as a key contributor in SAP implementation and upgrade projects, managing timelines, external resources, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including quality, production, and supply chain to ensure SAP solutions meet the needs of all stakeholders.
- Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting: Provide advanced technical support to resolve SAP-related issues in manufacturing, ensuring mínimal disruption to operations.
- Continuous Improvement:



Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all manufacturing processes and SAP configurations meet regulatory requirements specific to the MedTech industry (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485).
- Training & Development: Provide training to end-users to maximize system effectiveness. The Individual
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience in SAP Manufacturing environments, with proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA.
- Proficiency in core SAP modules including PP (Production Planning), MM (Materials Management), PM (Plant Maintenance), and QM (Quality Management). WM/EWM as a plus.
- Strong background in manufacturing processes, ideally within the MedTech sector.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to travel between 25% and 50% depending on project needs, including international travel for implementation and collaboration.
