This position is a great opportunity for a motivated and talented person to experience working in a dynamic environment by joining Lamberti’s AG Division at the R&D; and Application Lab EMEA. The resource will be supporting a fast-growing business by developing new Crop Nutrition and Crop Protection formulations. The job will focus on the following activities: - New formulations development
- New raw materials and new lab prototypes assessment
- Extensive applicative testing to validate product performance and potential fit with customer’s needs
- Review of relevant patents and literature to make sure lab operations are up to speed
- Support in issuing technical promotional material, and support/participate to relevant technical meetings
- BSc or MSc in Chemistry, CTF or Biology are preferred
- Good knowledge of the basic operating techniques of a standard chemistry laboratory
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
- Good operating knowledge of the most common software suites
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Easiness in building relationships
- Proactivity
