- Offers a wide range of specially-created products scented with a delicate rose perfume for girls and a slightly more masculine fragrance for boys.
- Its reputation is built on quality, indomitable industry and in the Renaissance's brilliance. **Responsibilities**: - Consistently reach and exceed personal and store sales target, both on a monthly and annual basis, while elevating and assisting in business growth.
- Implement business strategies following the guidance of the Store Manager, while staying informed about the performance of the Store.
- Achieve and exceed personal KPI objectives by providing outstanding customer service and ensuring the highest standards of sales quality. With focus on customer relationship management (CRM) and Omni Channel.




- Ensure outstanding Client satisfaction and outstanding Client service by implementing the "Brand Selling Ceremony". **Requirements**: - Minimum of 2 year of experience in a beauty/fragrances or luxury retail environment.
- High level of flexibility and ability to problem solve. Demonstrated capability to achieve and exceed both individual and store performance targets.
- Proficiency in English is required and other foreign language skills are a plus. **Offering**: - Salary up to €30,000, depending on experience.
- Commission scheme + buoni pasto + health insurance.
