**Job Requirements**Engineering Operations and Program Manager Support We are currently initiating a search for an Engineering Operations and Program Manager to join our team at Quest Global. As a leading provider of engineering solutions in the Aerospace and Defense industry, we are dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to our clients. **Responsibilities**: - Support the RDA/RFQ definition starting from the technical inputs received by the Section, Engineering or other Technical Managers
- Manage possible comments, exception and possible technical clarification requests received by the vendors in collaboration with the technical stakeholders
- Support the process of PO creation,
- Monitor the invoicing process
- Monitor actual costs vs budgets
- Assist the Section,



Engineering or other Technical Managers for planning purposes
- Develop reports for Engineering Operations Leaders for specific topics
- Attend meetings and elaborate minute of meetings **Work Experience**
- Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma with previous experience in similar activity
- Proficient in using industry-specific software and tools (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.), previous experience in SAP would be considered preferential
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in English, minimum B2 level is required
