We are recruiting a Demi Chef de Partie position to join the team at Villa SantìAndrea, A Belmond Hotel for 2025 season. As Demi Chef de Partie, you will assist on the daily operation of the kitchen, contributing to the overall success of events and of the outlets, according to company standards and financial targets. You will build and nurture relationships with your team to ensure they provide an engaging, intuitive and refined service to our guests. Essential duties and responsibilities
- Assisting in the food preparation process;
- Responsible for cleanliness within the workplace;
- Helping with deliveries and restocking;
- Actively collaborate with the Chef de Partie in assuring that every dish is aligned to set standards;
- Responsible for efficiently organize daily “mise en place” in order to maximize time versus productivity;
- Proactivity and openness to cooperate with other cooking lines when necessary is required, for this reason an overall knowledge of every areas is important;
- Responsible for complying with the sanitary and cleaning policies and regulations;
- Exhibit a friendly, caring, and courteous manner when dealing with guests, staff, and fellow employees. **Requirements**: - Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in a sizeable luxury hotel, with at least 1 year in similar position.




- A good knowledge of English is preferred
