- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to integrate sustainability initiatives across all aspects of the business
- Work with functional leaders to ensure all Aptar departments operate in compliance with ESG regulations and that their procedures, processes and tools meet disclosure requirements
- Support the development and implementation of the company's global sustainability strategy
- Assist with the collection, analysis, and reporting of sustainability performance
- Promote a culture of sustainability within the organization
- help functional leaders identify data-driven information system to address ESG needs
- identify areas for improvement in Aptar's sustainability practices, develop and implement actions plans **Who We are Looking For** **Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, sustainability, business administration, or a related field (Advanced degrees preferred) **Required Skills**: - Minimum of 3 years in sustainability management, ESG strategy, and related areas
- Proficiency in sustainability reporting standards and carbon footprint analysis
- Leadership experience in a corporate setting,



preferably in packaging or manufacturing industries
- Expert project management and leadership skills **Preferred Skills**
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Analytical and strategic problem-solving skills
- Adaptability to evolving regulations and technologies
- Certifications: PMP or Lean/Six Sigma (additional sustainability certifications preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite **Travel Requirements**
