**Contract**: Permanent, 84 hours/fortnight

Assist with personal care, daily activities, and community integration
Encourage and facilitate social inclusion and independent living
Support residents with meal preparation, household tasks, and medical appointments
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care **What You Need to Apply** **Level 5 Healthcare Qualification** (FETAC Major Award or equivalent)
Experience in a care environment
Understanding of cognitive rehabilitation techniques
Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities (desirable)
