Join us in pushing the boundaries of aerial entertainment and transforming visionary ideas into spectacular realities. We are seeking a highly motivated **Testing Supervisor** to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate in **Electronic Engineering**, **Mechanical Engineering**, **Aerospace Engineering**, or **Computer Engineering** who is eager to work in a dynamic and innovative environment. As a **Testing Supervisor**, you will oversee the drone testing and release process, ensuring that all systems meet quality, performance, and safety standards. You will be responsible for coordinating pre-flight preparations, conducting functional and performance tests both indoors and in the field, and collaborating with the **Production** and **R&D;** teams to identify and resolve technical issues. **Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise, manage the testing and release procedures of drones for light shows.
- Ensure compliance with **quality, safety, and performance standards**.




- Coordinate pre-flight checks and functional tests in indoor and outdoor environments.
- Analyze test results, diagnose technical anomalies, and support troubleshooting efforts.
- Work closely with **Production, R&D;, and Quality teams** to continuously improve drone performance and reliability.
- Maintain detailed test documentation and provide feedback for process optimization. **Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Strong **problem-solving and analytical skills** to identify and resolve test anomalies.
- Ability to **collaborate effectively across departments** (Production, R&D;, Quality).
- High **attention to detail** to ensure adherence to testing protocols and industry standards.
- **Time management and organizational skills** to efficiently coordinate testing activities.
- Familiarity with **testing and diagnostic tools** (academic experience in this field is a plus).
