**Accounts Administrator** **SAN MARINO** We are seeking a proactive, dedicated and detail oriented Account Administrator to join our growing team, based in San Marino. This role will report directly in to the Finance Manager. Ultimately to be responsible for accurate sales & purchase invoicing and disbursement processing and reporting for aircraft and overheads, to include: - Posting purchase invoices in local and foreign currency
- Dealing with queries from suppliers
- Managing the accounts inbox
- Posting payments




- Dealing with internal invoice queries
- Raising sales invoices
- Prepare monthly client disbursements
- Prepare and process ad hoc payments
- Support daily bank reconciliations where required
- Month end & other reports
- Support the team in other duties as required **Key Competencies**: - Attention to detail

- Excel skills - intermediate (Pivots, lookups)
