- Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or similar role in a high-end restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of French and Mediterranean cuisine.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
