- Competently support and consult of new and existing customers
- Strategically develop the business by expanding customer relationships and acquiring profitable new business
- Prepare customer-specific requirement profiles
- Prepare customer-specific solutions and quotes supported by the team.
- Negotiate contracts‘ terms and conditions
- Monitor market and competition
- Report / maintain CRM tool




- Cooperate closely with Pricing, Procurement and Operations departments WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Completed commercial training, ideally as a forwarding and / or logistics services clerk
- Proven professional experience in sales of air and / or sea freight
- Excellent command of English with overall very good communication skills
- High customer and service awareness, independent as well as target
- and solution-oriented way of working
