Job Responsibilities: - Conduct manual sorting and scanning of parcels, ensuring accuracy and timely processing to meet operational deadlines.
- Oversee daily activities in the distribution center, ensuring efficient and smooth execution of tasks.
- Support on-site logistics operations by assisting in organizing transfer batches and optimizing workflow for operational efficiency.
- Aid in identifying and resolving operational issues such as inventory discrepancies or shipment delays to reduce risks and costs.
- Maintain effective communication with colleagues and external contractors to ensure alignment with business objectives and operational standards. Job Requirements: - Must have a valid work and residence permit in Italy.
- Familiarity with Italian is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to establish and maintain relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
