- Well established and worldwide known brand **Responsibilities**: - Leading a team of 6 people, managing all front of house tasks and back of house operations
- Inspire and motivate your team fostering ownership and accountability
- KPI's, CRM, After sale, Boutique operations, Reporting
- Work closely with the corporate departments to boost store performances (Retail, Visual Merchandising and Buying)
- Monitor sales data and achieve qualitative and quantitative goals, proposing any business initiatives necessary to reach the allocated budgets **Requirements**:



- Minimum 5 years of Management/Floor Management/Concession Manager / Store Manager experience with a Luxury or Premium brand
- Demonstrated experience in woman RTW as well as managing a high level of client experience
- Demonstrated expertise in retail management, staff supervision, scheduling, training, merchandising, inventory control, CRM, and clientelling
- Fluent in English language **Offering**: - Salary up to €50K, depending on experience
