The Advanced Materials for Optoelectronic Research Line (AMO) is coordinated by Dr.
Annamaria Petrozza and is active in fundamental studies on light harvesting and charge generation processes, charge transport and recombination processes at organic and hybrid interfaces, whilst improving the state-of-the-art device concepts in terms of absolute performance. To achieve so, the team deals with materials synthesis and processing, materials characterization and devices design and testing. AMO is looking for a motivated Postdoc to work on a project that aims at the development of an x-ray imager based on metal halide perovskites. The research activity will be focused on thin film processing, nanofabrication, device fabrication and testing. Within the research team, your main responsibilities will be: - Synthesis of metal halide perovskites inks
- Development of an x-ray imager based on metal halide perovskites
- Development of testing set-up **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Phd in Physics, Chemistry, Material Science, Engineering
- Good command in spoken and written English **ADDITIONAL SKILLS**
- Experience in perovskites synthesis, nano-fabrication, fabrication and testing of x-ray detectors
- Ability to work in a challenging and international environment
- Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively in a highly interdisciplinary environment **COMPENSATION PACKAGE**
