Pomellato is part of Kering, a global luxury group, managing the development of a series of renowned houses in the sectors of fashion, leather goods, jewellery and watches. We are currently looking for an _Events Intern_.
- How will you contribute:_- Assist the team in coordinating the creative agencies from the briefing phase to the project development;- Coordinate suppliers and production processes linked to events;- Work with and support the Event Team on specific institutional/brand event requests;- Manage and keep track the events inventory as well as coordinate the logistics;- Support the Event team tracking all the costs and all the invoices related to the events budget;- Support the Commercial team (Retail & Wholesale) to manage and organize the events in Italian and foreign markets according to the marketing plan and annual objectives;- Coordinate PR events and manage mailing lists.
- Who you are:_- Master’s degree, preferably in economics, communications, foreign languages;- A previous professional experience gained in a similar role is highly preferred;- Organizational skills, budget management, ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines and flexibility;- Spirit of initiative and curiosity for young trends (music, influencers, celebrities, locations, etc), keen eye for details;- Great knowledge of Office suite (Excel and Powerpoint);- Great relational skills; ability to work independently as well as in team;- Fluent in English and Italian - both written and spoken. Knowledge of any other foreign language would be greatly appreciated.
