Our approach is focused on using ground-breaking science to further our understanding of cancer and make a positive impact on changing patients’ lives. **MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** As a **Medical Oncology Project manager Oncology and Haematology**, you will report to the Oncology Medical Affairs Head, leading projects in GI, GynGU and Haematology disease area, cross portfolio and cross all products ‘ indications, at National and field level, from initiation to implementation within agreed constraints of time, budget and quality. You will shape solutions and ensure that the requirements are effectively captured and have a basic knowledge of different solutions that could support project. You will be responsible for risk management, benefits & value management, and as appropriate you will resolve or escalate identified risks and issues. The role broadly includes the following key components: - Accountability for the delivery of scientific projects on time and on budget, in aligment with the Medical Plans/Field Medical Plans led by Medical Advisors and/or MSLs respectively, and with the key priorities of the therapeutic area. It means considering activities, resources, costs, roles,



responsibilities and quality assurance and other activities: - Organization of project work plans and reviews to meet changing needs and requirements
- Work in close collaboration with MSLs and Medical Advisors to manage the day-to-day operational aspects of a scientific project and scope to ensure project completion and meeting project deadlines
- Provide regular and timely updates to the Medical Teams
- Management of relationships with key business stakeholders to ensure that business requirements are effectively captured and committed to project objectives
- Control and ensure that the impact and changes resulting from scientific projects/activities are effectively communicated to the teams
- Cooperation to create project teams, encouraging teamwork and collaboration
- Check on the completeness, updating and archiving of project documents
- Managing all activities and Account relationship according with Company Values, Code of Conduct, Guidelines/Internal procedures and Italian legislation **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Scientific degree
- Experience of managing projects/programmes or in a similar role
