We are looking for a **Junior Pa**rtner Account Manager**(**fluent in Portuguese**, Russian,**and**English**) to join our team. **Your main tasks will be**: - Managing and developing partners without income.
- Setting tasks in outsourcing and assigning them to teams, as well as writing instructions.
- Sending out communications to Affiliate Partners and collecting feedback.
- Managing project news channels.
- Working on Affiliate Partners' requests: FC (Financial Controller); frequent questions from Affiliate Partners; assistance with onboarding of new partners.
- Assistance in all CRM chats. **We expect from you**: - Proficiency in Portuguese**and **Russian**(reading, writing, ability to communicate) - C1+.
- Proficiency in **English**(reading, writing, ability to communicate) - B1+.
- Excellent communication skills.




- Experience in negotiating, working with contractors, partners, working with claims.
- Confident work with data in tables (Google Sheets, Excel).
