- Trade Marketing Specialist
- We are looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist to join Trade Marketing function in our Beauty Business Unit based in Milan.

- Your role will involve analyzing market trends and consumer insights to develop promotional plans that enhance brand presence in retail environments. You will assist in the planning and implementation of in-store promotions, merchandising strategies. By providing valuable insights and operational support, you will help optimize product placement, increase sales, and strengthen relationships with retail partners.
- How your agenda looks like:[FP1]
- Development of sales force materials and interface with external agencies.
- Management of suppliers for the development of POP (Point of Purchase) materials.
- Operational management of Trade Marketing Management projects.
- Operational management of all in-store and co-marketing activities.
- Daily alignment and presence with clients to ensure close contact with the territory and full adherence to local needs.
- Your team: - You will directly report to the Trade Marketing Manager in the Trade Marketing function.
- What makes you a great fit: - Education: Master’s degree in Economics or Marketing or related fields
- Work Experience:



+3 years of experience in both Sales and Marketing.
- Technical Skills: proficiency in the Office suite, especially Excel and good analytical skills
- Proactivity, autonomy, strong orientation to the result and ability to work in a dynamic context are soft skills that distinguish you
- Local Language: Excellent knowledge of italian and english
