Role Overview The Customer Success Manager (CSM) drives customer loyalty and adoption of Trellix solutions. The CSM reports to the Director of Customer Success and consults with customers ranging from system administrators to Chief Security Officers.
Responsibilities
- Articulate the value of Trellix solutions and services to inspire usage across educational offerings and premium support.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors, fully understanding each customer's business strategy, technical environment, and success metrics.




- Create and oversee customer‐specific success plans, guiding onboarding, adoption, and satisfaction.
- Partner with Sales to transition accounts from Pre‐Sales to Customer Success and identify expansion, retention, and renewal opportunities.
- Advocate for customers, focusing on transformation and engagement, and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to align and showcase progress.
- Build comprehensive knowledge of typical business and cybersecurity challenges faced by customers, using this to drive feature adoption and maximize time‐to‐value and ROI.
- Handle escalations related to deployment or productivity blocking issues, coordinating with Sales, R&D;, and CS Engineering.
- Identify risks to achieving customer outcomes, working with account teams and cross‐functional groups on mitigation or escalation.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of customer engagement and account management experience in a SaaS or enterprise software/cybe
