The opportunity The candidate will be responsible for supporting and ensuring global program implementation across Hub Europe Service units by securing adherence to standard processes and driving effective usage of core systems like SAP (Project module PS), SFDC/FSM and other key initiatives. How you'll make an impact Global & Hub program implementation: support global program implementation by ensuring adherence to global processes and solutions, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and strategic programs. Drive effective usage and full adoption of relevant core systems, such as SAP functionalities, Project module (cockpit), Service orders, FSM, One IB, Project Review process. Business requirements: engage with key stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements,



synthesizing input from Service units in the Hub to identify needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals for process improvements. Process harmonization and continuous improvement: harmonize business processes across the Hub and with Global BU processes. Support sharing and adoption of best practices to enable continuous improvement and operational excellence, in close collaboration with Hub Quality function. Collect and prioritize business process improvement requirements from local BPOs. Evaluate, document, and submit recommendations for future process changesthrough the demand funnel. Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex issues, implementing measures to prevent re-occurrence. Propose improvements and modifications to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
