**Project Management Officer**:
What You’ll Do
**As a Project Management Officer your challenges will include**:Program Setup & Governance**:
Design and establish project and program governance frameworks for cloud migration and evolution initiatives.
Define upscaling and transformation roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Track progress, manage risks, and ensure delivery within time, scope, and budget
**Cloud Transformation Expertise**:
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth execution of cloud-related projects.
Translate technical requirements into actionable business priorities.
**Executive Engagement & Leadership**:
Act as a proactive interface with C-level stakeholders and senior business leaders.
Confidently challenge assumptions and provide thought leadership.
Propose solutions that drive business value and ensure alignment across the program.
Communication & Change Enablement
Drive clear and consistent communication across business and IT stakeholders.




Support change and adoption activities related to cloud initiatives.
Ensure transparency, reporting, and decision-enabling insights for senior leadership.
️Technical Skills
At least 8 years of proven experience as PMO / Program Manager in large-scale IT or cloud transformation programs
Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and migration methodologies.
**Strong executive communication skills**: ability to engage, challenge, and influence C-level stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to be proactive, strategic, and hands-on.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and governance setup skills.
Experience working in vendor/partner ecosystems is a plus.
Fluent in English (German is an asset).
**Where I will be**: Remote (EU work permit required)
