**Job Title** Junior Project Coordinator - Construction & Real Estate (Temporary)
**Job Description Summary** Are you looking to gain valuable experience in project management, construction, or real estate while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment? In this role, you will provide support in coordinating projects related to TDD surveys, project monitoring assignments, capital improvements, and building/site repairs. You will also assist Project Managers and Directors in ensuring smooth project execution and reporting. **Key Responsibilities**
- Support site staff in identifying requirements, estimating costs, preparing schedules, and coordinating work completion.
- Assist in building evaluations and preparation of physical audit reports.




- Participate in site inspections to ensure building compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and share regular progress reports.
- Support project approvals, budget tracking, and organizational changes.
- Contribute to daily operations of the project team. **Key Competencies**
