**Overview**: - The Sales Administration Department works in a cross way with the other departments of CODIFI srl, the Consortium of the Menarini Group that is in charge for the ‘order to cash process’; reports to General Management of CODIFI srl **Main Activities & Responsibilities**: - Electronic and analogic Invoicing;
- Accounts receivable
- Credit recovery.
- Main internal and external stakeholders: national and international customers; Factoring company; other departments of the companies of the Group (e.g.: Commercial, Finance, General Accounting, ICT). **Job Requirements**: - Accounting Diploma and Degree in Economics.
- 1 year experience in accountancy, accounts receivable, invoicing.
- Fluent in English.
- Communication skills and the ability to be a team player.
- Dynamic, precise. Contract type: fixed term 12 months.
