In your role as **Business Sales Support** you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales force of Agilent's Chromatography Consumables team for the southern district (Italy, Spain and France). **Your key responsibilities will be**: - Managing reporting to support the sales team
- Updating database with accurate information
- Creating presentations and reports
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams
- Checking accuracy of information on timekeeping systems of sales team colleagues
- Checking and updating customer lists
- Updating Teams channel and Sharepoint
- Operational support to Divisional Vice President **Qualifications**:
We are looking for a motivated individual with the following background: - Good knowledge of English
- Familiarity with the use of the office package, in particular Excel




- Strong organisational skills
- Aptitude for project management
