Italdesign is expanding its activities in the field of software validation. Within the team of hardware in the loop and testing you will directly work on the software validation for different platforms. You will be part of an interdisciplinary, networked and Agile team. Together with specialists about hardware in the loop, modeling and software testing, you will be part of the development and validation process for series products.Responsibilities
Take part to different testing sessions based on customer needs: hardware in the loop and/or on the vehicle (lab/road);
Test Cases implementation based on system requirements;
Test Cases Execution/Analysis/Maintenance/Development and Reporting;
Troubleshootingon test results with tickets opening and consequent validation;
Test Routing Matrix of the software under test;
Perform measurement on communication busses about latencies and timings;
Work on Tests Automation (you will automate test execution and result analysis);
Take part to road tests for testing robustness of software in different network/weather conditions;




Take part to alignment meetings with the customer.
RequirementsKey Requirements
Automotive (OEM, Tier1, Tier 2) experience preferred;
At least 2 years experience in the field;
Knowledge and experience in the common Bus interfaces (e.G. CAN, FlexRay, CAN-FD, MOST, Automotive Ethernet, LIN etc.);
Knowledge of Protocols like TCP, UDP, DoIP, UDS;
Understanding of hardware in the loop technologies hardware/software;
Experience withCanOe, CAPL coding, CanDb++;
Experience withtesting and test cases development based on customer requirements;
Experience withrequirements engineering/management using Doors or a similar Tool;
Experience withprogramming languages, especially python;
Experience withGit;
Experience withrest bus simulation and automotive busses, programming in C;
At least 2 years’ experience with NI Labview and TestStand test development;
Experience withNational Instrument toolchain (PXI);
