Legal Counsel
An exciting opportunity has arisen to contribute to Haier Europe. The company is on a journey to achieve ambitious growth and leadership objectives in the region, and we are seeking someone passionate, proactive, self‑driven, and motivated to join a team of open‑minded individuals. We want someone who embodies the company’s core behaviors based on our Own It model: Draft and review a broad range of legal documents and commercial contracts supporting both business operations and corporate functions across the organization.
Assist internal stakeholders in the negotiation and implementation of contracts, ensuring alignment with business objectives while identifying and mitigating legal and commercial risks.
Provide day‑to‑day legal advice on a wide range of matters, including commercial, consumer, and contractual law, regulatory and product compliance issues.
Support the management of pre‑litigation matters, disputes and claims, liaising with external counsel when necessary and coordinating the collection of relevant documentation and internal inputs.




Contribute to the legal support of key business projects and cross‑functional initiatives involving HQ, product lines and markets across the region.
Work closely with senior members of the legal team on strategic matters and more complex legal issues, gradually building autonomy in managing recurring legal workstreams.
Actively contribute to the digital transformation of the legal team, supporting the development and improvement of legal processes, workflows, templates and tools to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
Strong background in contract law and commercial transactions.
Keen on working in a dynamic and challenging commercial environment with international exposure.
Natural inclination for business and commercial awareness, with a practical approach, sound judgment and the ability to provide clear, solution‑oriented legal support.
