As Junior Brand Manager for Multicentrum & Digestive, you will support the Italian VMS marketing team in developing and implementing activations to drive growth over the next years.
Key Responsibilities
- Track performance across market, competition, brands, and consumers;
monitor and analyze sell‑out data to recommend data‑driven strategies.
- Manage and support media and communications, serving as the primary contact for Regulatory, Medical, and Legal departments.
- Work on channel‑specific activations, focusing on DComm and emerging opportunities.
- Support the team in the 3‑year marketing plan and execution of activities.
- Oversee Advertising & Promotion (A&P;) spending.
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Finance and Sales on promotional activations.

Qualifications & Skills
- University degree in Business or related field.




- At least 6 months of experience in a marketing department.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Passion for Brand Management and Healthcare.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills and data‑analytics enthusiasm.
- Ability to manage complexity across multiple projects.
- Proactive, positive, and collaborative attitude.

Compensation EUR32.126,00–EUR44.173,80 (indicative;
final offer may vary byexperience and other factors).
