About the role As Junior Brand Manager for Multicentrum & Digestive, you will support the Italian VMS marketing team in developing and implementing activations to drive growth over the next years.
Key Responsibilities Track performance across market, competition, brands, and consumers; monitor and analyze sell‐out data to recommend data‐driven strategies.
Manage and support media and communications, serving as the primary contact for Regulatory, Medical, and Legal departments.
Work on channel‐specific activations, focusing on DComm and emerging opportunities.
Support the team in the 3‐year marketing plan and execution of activities.
Oversee Advertising & Promotion (A&P;) spending.
Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Finance and Sales on promotional activations.
Qualifications & Skills University degree in Business or related field.




At least 6 months of experience in a marketing department.
Fluent in English and Italian.
Passion for Brand Management and Healthcare.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical skills and data‐analytics enthusiasm.
Ability to manage complexity across multiple projects.
Proactive, positive, and collaborative attitude.
Compensation EUR32.126,00–EUR44.173,80 (indicative; final offer may vary by experience and other factors).
