Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated ICT HR Processes and Systems Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR PAYROLL projects and system enhancements, with a specific focus on Time & Attendance and Payroll for Italy.
This role acts as a crucial bridge, coordinating between external vendors and internal business stakeholders to ensure vendor solutions align perfectly with business requirements.

Lead and drive HR system transformation initiatives, with a focus on Time & Payroll solutions, key Legal applications delivering impactful and scalable improvements.
Manage end‐to‐end project lifecycle, including planning, coordination, and execution of HR and Legal application initiatives, ensuring timely and high‐quality delivery.
Oversee demand management by capturing business needs, prioritizing initiatives, and translating requirements into actionable roadmaps.
