- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop menus and special offerings that reflect current trends and guest preferences.
- Implement and maintain health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance throughout the restaurant.
- Track and manage inventory, ordering supplies as necessary to maintain optimal levels.
- Utilize customer feedback to improve service and dining experiences. **Requirements**:



- Pervious experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in trendy or upscale dining environments, preferably within Western cuisine.
- Demonstrated experience in European dining styles and trends.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient in using restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexible scheduling availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. **Benefits**:
