It delivers innovative and field-tested science and technology (S&T;) solutions to address defence and security needs of the Alliance. **Responsibilities**: - Building real-time dashboards, allocating costs accurately to teams/projects, and providing transparent reports. - Identifying savings via resource rightsizing, managing commitments (RIs/Savings Plans), finding unused resources, and implementing automation. - Developing budgets, monitoring spending against forecasts, and alerting on anomalies. - Acting as a liaison between Finance, Engineering, and Operations, promoting cost awareness, and driving best practices. - Ensuring compliance with financial policies and establishing accountability. **Essential Qualifications & Experience**:
- A minimum requirement of a bachelor’s degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in an information systems, physics or electronics related scientific or engineering discipline, or other relevant scientific discipline, and 2 years post-related experience. - A minimum of 3 years of professional background in technology procurement, vendor management, and financial operations with experience in technical requirement analysis, and contract/SLA evaluation. - Experience with data and services procurement in the defence domain (satellite imagery, ISR data, or similar specialized technical services) is highly valued - Professional experience with project management tools, collaboration platforms, and documentation systems (e.g. Azure DevOps, JIRA, etc.) - Understanding of IT service delivery, operational workflows, and procurement processes - Good level of spoken and written English
