- Ensure smooth, enjoyable, and memorable experiences for all participants

- Strong knowledge of Milan’s history, culture, and main attractions
- Fluent in at least one of these languages: French, English, Spanish, Italian, German, Chinese, Portuguese, etc.
- Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused personality
- Comfortable hosting tours lasting 3-8 hours
- Previous guiding, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus but not required
