INTERIOR PROJECT MANAGER Italy Competitive Salary (DOE) English Required KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage marine interior fit-out projects from planning through to completion Coordinate design, procurement, production and installation teams to ensure project success Act as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers and key stakeholders Monitor project schedules, budgets and resource allocation Manage project risks, variations and commercial performance Ensure all work complies with quality, safety and contractual requirements Lead site meetings and provide regular progress updates throughout the project lifecycle IDEAL CANDIDATE 5+ years' experience managing marine interior, cruise, superyacht or high-end fit-out projects Strong understanding of interior outfitting, refurbishment and shipyard operations Experience delivering projects within budget and to demanding client specifications Excellent leadership, planning and stakeholder management skills Commercial awareness with experience managing project costs and change orders Willingness to travel as required to project sites Fluent English is essential #J-18808-Ljbffr
