In this role, you will act as the key link between business stakeholders and IT teams, translating business needs into well-defined initiatives and guiding projects from demand intake and prioritization through delivery. - Collect, analyse, and translate business needs into clear IT requirements and project proposals.
- Assess, prioritise, and manage the IT demand pipeline in line with business value, strategic objectives, available capacity, and dependencies.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, budgets, and governance.
- Monitor project progress, costs, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables, implementing corrective actions when required.
- Provide clear status reporting to stakeholders and ensure successful delivery, adoption, and alignment of IT solutions with business expectations.

What we expect from you

- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in IT demand management,



IT project management, business analysis, or technology consulting.
- Experience in collecting, challenging, and translating business needs into requirements, business cases, and actionable IT initiatives.
- Ability to assess and prioritise demand based on business value, strategic alignment, feasibility, costs, capacity, risks, and dependencies.
- Hands-on knowledge of end-to-end IT project delivery, including scope, planning, budget, resources, risks, change control, and reporting.
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies and familiarity with portfolio and demand governance processes.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional IT teams and BU, ensuring alignment on priorities, milestones, and deliverables.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with both business and technical teams.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or equivalent project and portfolio management platforms.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset, business-oriented approach, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, ITIL, or equivalent certifications are considered a plus.
- Willingness to travel and relocate will be considered a plus.

What you can expect from us

The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base gross annual salary (Gross Annual Salary – RAL) will be no less than €35.000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.

In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with the company's applicable policies.
