YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and passionate candidate for the position of Process Engineer in the Metal Deposition module of the FEM–AG300 organization. The role involves supporting the Engineering and Manufacturing teams, with a focus on managing and controlling micro- and nano-fabrication processes for metal thin-film deposition , including Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) , Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) and electroplating processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensure the robustness and manufacturability of the processes with recipe optimization, process window and robustness tasks
- Sustain manufacturing process and equipment troubleshooting
- Monitor process performance and yield with SPC, defect analysis and FDC




- Startup new equipment and perform process qualification
- Prepare and optimize operative procedure and work instruction
- Troubleshoot excursions and drive root-cause analysis (8D) to restore process stability

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

- Master’s degree in material science, physics, chemistry, engineering or related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good ability to analyze complex data and use tools for statistical analysis
- Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
- Motivation to work in a dynamic environment with different teams and external suppliers
- Teamwork attitude
- Basic understanding of semiconductor physics and microfabrication processes
