IRCCS San Raffaele Scientific Institute in Milan, Italy, is looking for Research Fellow Position, in the team led by Gaia Colasante at Stem Cell and Neurogenesis Unit.

About our research

Our team focuses on the development and characterization of mouse models for Dravet syndrome and other developmental and epileptic encephalopathies, designed to inform gene therapy studies. In addition, we are interested in developing and implementing gene-editing strategies for these devastating disorders.

What we look for

The ideal candidate joining our team should hold a Master’s degree or a PhD in a relevant scientific field, with a strong foundation in mouse model manipulation. Experience with stereotactic surgery, EEG analysis, as well as mouse behavior analysis are considered valuable assets. Proficiency in English, excellent organizational skills, and a collaborative team spirit are essential.

What we offer

The selected candidate will receive a 1-year renewable contract and a salary commensurate to experience and qualifications.
