Within the MRP, Planning Logistics Processes Governance Area, we are looking for a Logistic Engineer to join our site in Cascina Costa (VA), Italy. /ph3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3ulliSupport Logistic Material Management unit in providing the Logistic budget. /liliManage the budgeting and forecasting process for the whole Operations organization; /liliSupport the definition and minimization of plant material handling and optimization of internal warehouse flow; /liliCooperate with Logistic Material Management unit to identify improvement and efficiency initiatives. /liliPerform B/C analysis. /liliMonitor and report progresses of the relevant logistic projects launched; /liliAct as BPO-Business Process Owner for Digital Solution initiatives in the Logistics area, taking decision responsibility and ensuring that decisions are coherent with business objectives.



/liliTrain and support plant key-users in adopting new solutions/processes; /liliSupport the Plants in the management of Logistic service provider activities; /liliMonitor and analyse Logistics Cost Deployment; /liliSupport the definition of packaging requirements towards the external supply chain ensuring coherence to the standards defined within the Leonardo Production System; /liliDefine and standardize logistic procedures and processes within logistics area. Moreover, share among plants the logistic best practices; /liliManage the Governance of Transports supporting Logistic Material Management unit and Transportation Control Tower; /liliDefine, Monitor and analyse logistic KPIs. /li /ulh3REQUIREMENTS /h3ulliEducation: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related business discipline; /liliSeniority: junior 1–3 years of experience - Technical skills and competencies: Proven background in effective problem solving technique; Experienced in process improvement with a good understanding of a range of improvement techniques. /liliSoft skills: Good communicator with a flexible and conscientious approach and the ability to relay concepts and conclusions effectively, to experts and non-experts, at all levels; Ability to understand and quantify task contents to prioritise and assign appropriately; Project management, time management and presentation skills.
