The role supports the execution of key projects — including Microsoft 365 migration, Nutanix rollout, SD-WAN/SASE deployment, Backup infrastructure modernization — by configuring, documenting, and troubleshooting systems, and by assisting in the coordination of external vendors. The role also provides ongoing operational support for the IT ecosystem in place, along with new IT platforms delivered, working closely with both the local IT Operations team and IT staff across the Group. /p /brpThis is a hands-on technical role, not a people-management or project-ownership position. /p /brh3Reporting Line /h3 /brpReports to the Group IT Operations Manager. /p /brh3Key Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliSupport the technical execution of infrastructure transformation projects (M365, Nutanix, SD-WAN, Backup DR) /li /brliExecute technical project tasks and cutover activities for infrastructure initiatives, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. /li /brliConfigure and document system components for virtualization, cloud, storage, and backup environments across Somacis Group entities /li /brliAssist in coordinating with external vendors during solution implementation and troubleshooting. /li /brliSupport handover of newly deployed infrastructure into steady-state operations, working closely with the IT Operations Team /li /brliProvide operational support for the IT ecosystem in place, along with new IT platforms delivered, working closely with both the local IT Operations team and IT staff across the Group. /li /brliMonitor system health, performance and capacity,
