ph3Job Description: /h3pTo ensure that the supply of materials meet the production schedule and minimum stock levels to ensure production continuity and customer needs. Able to deliver efficient, effective, and flexible solutions to meet production and customer requirements. /pulliSchedule and control the supply of materials to meet production requirements and minimum stock levels. /liliPlan, develop, implement and evaluate processes for material delivery from supplier to Kerr. /liliUnderstand and manage risks to minimize impact on production schedule. /liliTake follow up actions in relation to material shortages that affect production. /liliMonitor and control inventory levels against agreed target levels. /liliMinimize obsolete stock and ensure business is left with minimum liability. /liliSupport inventory checks to validate inventory accuracy. /liliCreate and issue forecasts to suppliers. /liliActively contribute to the development and support of material planning to make continuous improvements. /liliWork closely with quality, production, and warehouse departments to ensure best performance in terms of incoming material timing. /liliParticipate to initiatives with other related departments (e.g. production, procurement, quality) to implement EBS and continuous improvement/Kaizen culture.



/liliWork closely with rest of Supply Chain department to Build a good Team. /li /ulpContribute to ensure excellent OTD (On-Time-Delivery) Level of customer orders (target 95%). As support of SCM Develop, execute and follow-up the action plan, KPI and Problem-Solving Process (PSP). Prevent and control stock outs risk. /ppUnderstands and proper applies the Quality System (including all SOP’s, CAPA, NCM, etc.), the EHS (Environmental, Health Safety) Policy and of any other applicable company Policy and Procedure as well as applicable laws, including, but not limited to, import/export compliance. /ph3Job Requirements: /h3pBachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or supply chain management. /ppPrevious experience of materials planning ideally in a manufacturing environment. /pulliGood understanding of supply chain processes and their interdependencies /liliStrong Analytical skills /liliAbility to drive improvements across planning processes /liliUnderstanding of supplier relationships and some experience of working with suppliers /liliERP systems knowledge and skills including advanced Excel skills /liliKnowledge and experience of using Min Max and Kanban planning systems or similar /liliKnowledge of lean techniques may be advantageous. /li /ulh3Operating Company: /h3pKerr /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
