MISSION: Be a Business Partner from a Legal standpoint for Corporate Functions, providing timely answers and legal analysis.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Management and prosecution of trademarks’ and designs’ portfolios, also through the coordination of external counselsHandling, management and coordination of brand protection and anticounterfeiting activities, both online and offline, aimed at protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights, including of civil, administrative or criminal natureHandling and management of customs surveillance, including the handling of customs seizures and the coordination with enforcement authorities and external counselsCarrying out internal risk-assessments and IP legal clearance ensuring that all necessary rights are secured on worldwide basis.Managing the drafting, review and negotiation of a wide range of complex commercial agreements on a global scale including:-Imagine rights agreements (talents, models)-production agreements for advertising campaigns, digital content, PR events and special projects-co-branding licensing and IP driven partnership including product compliance and distribution matters.Provide strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders on marketing, communication,
