/ppThe Reporting and Controlling Specialist will be located in Cinisello Balsamo (MI) location but will be responsible for Reporting and Controlling for our Turin location.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliFinancial Reporting: Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local accounting standards or IFRS.
/liliBudgeting Forecasting:



Collaborate with department heads to draft financial budgets and forecast cash flow or operational expenses.
/liliVariance Analysis: Identify discrepancies by comparing actual financial performance against forecasted targets or historical benchmarks.
/liliData Automation: Streamline, simplify, and improve financial reporting processes using ERP systems and business intelligence tools.
/liliAudit Support: Assist external auditors by providing documentation, substantiating figures, and ensuring strong internal controls.
/li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliEducation: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.

/liliExperience: minimum 3 years experience in the same position.
